Lady Bulldog volleyball players hit the court Monday, Aug. 4 for their first preseason workouts.
Players will report to the old CHS gym at 8:30 a.m., according to new CHS head coach TaNesiah Johnson. She will be assisted by Courtney Taylor and Casie Westbrook.
Athletes must bring their own t-shirts, shorts, knee pads and shoes for the first few days.
During a team meeting from 8:30-9 a.m.,coaches will be introduced and physicals/paperwork will be checked. Medical history forms and/or physicals must be completed for all practices.
Players will work on conditioning from 9-10 a.m. on Monday, followed by skills until noon.
Tuesday, Aug. 5: 9 a.m.-noon, conditioning and skills.
Wednesday, Aug. 6: 9 a.m.-noon, team practice.
Thursday, Aug. 7: 1 p.m.-4 p.m., team practice.
The Lady Dogs will have just four practices before a scrimmage at Rusk on Friday, Aug. 8.
Crockett opens the season on Tuesday, Aug. 12 at home against Latexo.
