Mrs. Reba N. King, age 85  of Mountain View, Missouri, passed away after a lengthy illness at  Mountain View Health Care  Wednesday, April 23, 2014. Mrs. King was born October 20, 1928 in Houston County, Texas to James and Nettie Mae (Parker) Caldwell.

Mrs. King was raised in Texas; however, she has spent the past forty-six years of her life in Missouri.  She was married to Jessie J. King and was a loving mother to three sons, Jessie, Ronald, and Sam.  

Mrs. King was described as a hard working Christian woman. She assisted in all facets of farm life. She was an active member of Mt. Pisgah Church and the Hutton Valley Neighborhood Watch. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and caring for her flowers and cattle. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Survivors include her eldest son Jessie King and wife Dawn; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; brothers Weymon Caldwell and wife Nina and Wayne Caldwell and wife Beth; two sisters Shirley Thompson and Valeria Goodrum; and two sister-in-laws Shirley Caldwell and Ann Caldwell Wiggins. 

Graveside Services for Mrs. Reba N. King will be held Monday, April 28, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Weldon Cemetery in Weldon.
